Hydrogen tablets release hydrogen gas into water as they dissolve. Not every tablet delivers what it promises, so here is what to check before you buy. Our Rejuvenation tablets are tested to IHSA standards.
The one certification to look for. The International Hydrogen Standards Association (IHSA) checks that a tablet delivers the hydrogen concentration it says it does. Without it, the figure on the label has not been independently verified.
Look for a stated concentration (ppm) per tablet and per glass, so you can compare products like for like.
Magnesium in the tablet reacts with water and releases hydrogen gas as it fizzes. Drink it straight away, while the hydrogen is freshest.
Choose tablets made in a GMP-certified facility and sealed against moisture, so they keep their strength.
Always follow the instructions on the pack. Hydrogen figures are supplied by the manufacturer. Not medical advice.
