Delivery times (United Kingdom)
How long your order takes depends on how it is sent to you:
- Items sent directly from our supplier (for example our grounding products) – 7–15 days
- Items we hold in stock and send by Royal Mail – 7–10 days
The delivery time for each item is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Free standard shipping is available on all UK orders over £100.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping times and costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Items sent directly from our supplier usually arrive in 7–15 days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Large & Specialist Equipment
Some of our at-home therapy devices (such as hyperbaric chambers and red light panels) are large items and may be dispatched via specialist courier. Delivery timescales for these items will be confirmed at the time of order. Our team will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery window.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the courier's website.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@oxygenroom.co.uk. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
