I bought this little lamp to help reduce my children’s exposure to bright, blue-rich light in the evenings, especially now that so much of their homework is done online. They’re 9 and 11.
My son uses it while doing his homework, and for my daughter, it’s perfect as a bedtime light. It creates a lovely, calming atmosphere that helps her settle down and fall asleep.
It’s also brilliant when she wakes up during the night and needs to go to the toilet.
Such a simple little thing, but it’s made a real difference to our evening routine!

i love this light. i chuck it in my bag and it never breaks, i litrally take it everywhere.
