How to use
Read the instructions supplied with your glasses before first use, and follow the session time they recommend. Sit somewhere comfortable, put the glasses on and relax for the session.
Care
Keep the glasses in their case when not in use. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth, keep them dry and away from heat, and don't use them if they are damaged.
Safety
If you have an eye condition or a photosensitivity condition, take photosensitising medication, are pregnant or are under the care of an optician or eye specialist, speak to them before use. Stop if you feel any discomfort.
