Our premium grounding fitted sheet — 90% organic cotton woven with 10% silver fibre for consistent conductivity across the full surface. Use directly against skin for maximum benefit.

Use: Connect via the supplied cord to an earthed UK socket (switch off at wall). Use directly against bare skin for best results.
Clean: Wash on a gentle cycle at 30°C or below. No bleach or fabric softener. Line drying is best, or tumble dry on low heat. Test conductivity every 3 months.

How it works
Each product connects to the earth pin of a standard UK socket using the supplied grounding plug and a 4.5m cord with a built-in 98kΩ safety resistor. It uses the earth connection only and does not draw mains power.
For the best contact, keep bare skin touching the conductive surface.
What's included
Every product comes with its own UK grounding plug and 4.5m earthing cord as standard. The pillowcase pair includes two cords and two plugs.
Every order also includes an Oxygen Room grounding handbook. Need a spare cord? Just ask us.
Care
Mats and bands: wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Don't submerge, machine wash or use alcohol. Dry fully before reconnecting.
Sheets and pillowcases: wash every 1–2 weeks on a gentle cycle at 30°C or below, with plain water only. No bleach, fabric softener, wringing or dry cleaning. Line drying is best, or tumble dry on low heat.
Safety
Check your socket has a working earth connection before use (a plug-in socket tester can confirm this). Use only the supplied cord or an approved replacement.
Stop using the product if you notice shocks or tingling, unusual heat or a burning smell, or any damage to the product, cord or plug, and contact us.
