Light, warmth, full-body coverage

The Oxygen Room Blanket is a flexible full-body light blanket combining 650 nm red light and 850 nm near-infrared light across a large 180 × 80 cm area. Lie on it, drape it over a lounger or wrap it around you, then settle in for a warm, glowing session with four power levels and timed sessions so you can choose a setting that feels comfortable.

Using your blanket

  1. Unfold fully on a stable, dry surface and avoid sharp creases.
  2. Connect the controller and power components securely.
  3. Switch on and choose Regular, Breathing (H05), 10 Hz or 40 Hz mode.
  4. Select P1, P2, P3 or P4 and a 15, 30, 45 or 60 minute timer.
  5. For first use, begin at a lower setting and shorter session while you get used to the warmth and brightness.

Good to know

How to use

Read the handbook supplied with your device before your first session. Start gently: a short, lower-power session first, then build up gradually over 2–3 weeks.

As a general guide, keep a single session to 30 minutes or less, leave at least 6 hours between sessions on the same area, and take at least one rest day a week. More is not automatically better.

Care

Switch off and disconnect from the mains before cleaning, and let the device cool first. Wipe with a soft dry or lightly dampened cloth. Never immerse it, and avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Check the cable, adapter and stand regularly for wear, and store clean and dry.

Safety

Don't stare directly into the LEDs, and wear the supplied protective eyewear when the light faces your eyes. Near-infrared light can be hard to see even when it's on.

Stop if you feel uncomfortable heat, pain or irritation. Don't use it if the cable, adapter or housing is damaged. Keep it dry and out of reach of children unless supervised.

If you have a photosensitivity condition, take photosensitising medication, have an eye condition, are pregnant or are receiving medical care for the area, speak to your doctor first. Red light devices are wellness products, not medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
